Volunteer in Rainforests, National Parks, and Protected Areas, and Work with Endangered Species
Many people want to give something back. Volunteering, to many, is an enriching and even life-changing experience. So TEFL International now offers students at our Costa Rica, Thailand, Philippines, Nepal, and Vietnam locations opportunities to volunteer in rain forests, wildlife refuges, and national parks, and work with endangered species.
We have partnered with parks in each of these locations to allow you to volunteer. Here's how:
· Before you go, you study a TESOL course online. This should take you about 40 to 80 hours.
· Spend one week in a TEFL International center finishing up your TESOL Certificate course. TEFL International will not only give you the skills to teach English to local park employees and volunteers, they will also be your local support team while you are in country.
· Spend up to two months volunteering in one of our partner parks.
Our experienced team in each location will support you in every step of your journey and will be there to assist you and is available 24/7. They have helped thousands of visitors, from first timers to experienced adventurers.
